Your chances

against these criteria.

How it chooses when it has more applicants than places, in order:

  1. Children resident in Northern Ireland at the time of proposed admission are considered before non-residents.
  2. Places allocated by SEAG TSAS in strict rank order, highest first, up to the admissions number of 110 (Special Circumstances and Special Provisions scores included).
  3. Tie-break 2.3(i): for the last place(s), a child with a sibling currently enrolled or accepted for admission.
  4. Tie-break 2.3(ii): computer-based ranking using the applicant's name as shown on the Transfer Application.
  5. Tie-break 2.3(iii): where the computer-based ranking does not separate applicants, the older applicant (by birth certificate date of birth) is given the place.
  6. Children without a SEAG Entrance Assessment are considered only for any places left after SEAG-scored applicants, using the 2.3 tie-break order.
