Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SEAGReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for your child, you agree to these terms on their behalf.

Description of Service

SEAGReady is an educational platform providing adaptive maths practice for students preparing for the SEAG (AQE) transfer test in Northern Ireland. Our service includes:

  • Diagnostic assessments to identify learning gaps
  • Personalised practice sessions based on the NI curriculum
  • Progress tracking and parent dashboards
  • Mock exam simulations

User Accounts

To use SEAGReady, you must:

  • Be a parent or legal guardian of the child using the service
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

SEAGReady offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free tier: Limited access including diagnostic assessment and one practice session per week
  • Full Access: Unlimited practice sessions, mock exams, and full parent dashboard

Paid subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others outside your household
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Copy, redistribute, or sell our educational content

Intellectual Property

All content on SEAGReady, including questions, explanations, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Educational Disclaimer

SEAGReady is designed to supplement exam preparation. While we strive to provide high-quality, curriculum-aligned content, we cannot guarantee specific exam results. Our service should be used alongside school learning, not as a replacement for it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEAGReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of SEAGReady after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
